1. What are the shipping cost and lead time?
To provide an accurate shipping quotation, please let us know the required quantity and your delivery address. Our standard lead time is 15–40 days, depending on the order quantity and production schedule. Actual delivery time may vary according to specific order requirements.
2. How is the battery quality?
We use 100% brand-new Grade A LiFePO₄ battery cells to ensure outstanding performance, safety, and long service life.Using genuine Grade A cells significantly reduces after-sales issues and reflects our commitment to product quality.

3. What is the warranty? How many charge cycles does the battery have?
Our warranty policy is: 5-year warranty
Battery lifespan:
Over 6,000 charge/discharge cycles
1 cycle per day: More than 15 years of service
2 cycles per day: More than 8 years of service
4. Which inverter brands are compatible?
Our energy storage batteries are compatible with many leading inverter brands, please send us the inverter specifications.Our engineering team can develop a customized Battery Management System (BMS) communication protocol to ensure compatibility with your inverter.
5. What energy storage products do you offer?

(1) Residential Energy Storage Batteries: 5kWh Wall-mounted Battery; 10kWh Battery;16kWh Battery;32kWh Battery.These batteries work perfectly with our own inverters and are also compatible with many third-party inverter brands.
(2)All-in-One Energy Storage Systems: 5kWh/10kWh/16kWh. Integrated inverter and battery design featuring: Plug-and-play installation; Intelligent energy management; Safe and reliable operation; Easy maintenance;
(3)Stackable Battery System:51.2V 100Ah (5.12kWh) per module, Up to 5 modules. Maximum capacity:25.6kWh
(4)Rack-mounted Battery System:51.2V 100Ah (5.12kWh) per module. Flexible capacity expansion according to project requirements;
(5)Commercial & Industrial ESS: Battery cabinets from 100kWh to 261kWh.
(6) 4G + GPS Intelligent Start-Stop Lithium Battery: Capacity,3.8kWh–8kWh
